Oscar-Zero Week (October 12th-16th)
October 12th-16th is Oscar-Zero week and the Griggs-Steel Empowerment Zone has decided to provide the funding for all the Juniors and Seniors in the area to go and check out the Oscar-Zero facility.
The Empowerment Zone will cover the cost for any kids from Griggs-Co Central, Midkota, Finley & Hope public schools to check out some of the history at the site.
The entire cost will be covered for touring both the Oscar-Zero facility and the Griggs County Museum/Cold War Interpretive Center. Pizza Ranch will also be provided at a discounted price that the Empowerment Zone will pick up.
